About the Exhibition

The exhibition introduces art works from the participants in the artist exchange program of the District Council of Upper Bavaria with seven partner institutions in six European countries in 2019. The works of the 15 scholarship holders from the partner countries and from Upper Bavaria show a great panorama of art disciplines – from oil painting and drawing to installation, video and sound experiments. One common theme in the exhibition are the urban space and the people involved in it – in the border area between abstract and figurative depiction.
