Öffnungszeiten: Di-Sa 14-19 Uhr, So+Fei 10-19 Uhr und nach Vereinbarung
Die Ausstellungsräume und das Café sind barrierefrei zu erreichen.

3. October, Sunday 11 am: Exhibition Opening
Shuttle taxi from Freising railway station to the Center for Art: 10.50 am; return: 1 pm
Meeting points: In front of the main entrance of the station / art center

The program for the exhibition opening as well the dates for the guided tour and other events will be announced later.

About the Exhibition 

The first exhibition in Oświęcim with artists from Dachau took place in 1989. Since then a frienship developed between artists from both cities that persists down to the present day. Beside the historical themes the living contact is based on art and lust for life. The 30th anniversary of the friendship is the occation for a large commen exhibition in the Schafhof, the European Center for Art of the District County of Upper Bavaria in Freising.

Das Titelbild des Flyers über die Kunstwerke im Skulpturengarten im Außenbereich des Schafhofs - Europäisches Künstlerhaus Oberbayern zeigt die Skluptur "SpaceSheep" des ungarischen Künstlers Csongor Szigeti, ein silbernes, halb abstraktes Schaf auf einer Wiese.
